"Blessed be this day, my God. I place all my healing faith in You, filling me with hope to continue on the road of life and carry out Your purposes with resignation. I thank You, beloved Father, for another day of my existential journey, walking my path one step at a time. Sometimes with pain, suffering and sadness, but also happy for the moments of joy.

I place in Your hands, Lord God, my destiny and all my aspirations, certain that Your purposes for me are just and welcome, for which I thank You from the depths of my soul, always seeking to learn the lessons of the journey.

I ask You, Heavenly Father, for the healing of my infirmities, whose illnesses existing in my body and marked in my soul are the fruit of my own divine debts and present and past actions. Conscious or unconscious in my mind.

Help me, generous God, directly by Your blessed hands or through Your angels and missionaries of light, to the process of healing and relief from pain, beginning with the energetic cleansing and harmonization of my spiritual body.

Knowing, beloved Father, that all healing begins with the sanity of the soul, I ask that all evil energies and spiritual larvae, pernicious thoughts and feelings, such as sorrow, envy, anger, and selfishness, be removed from my mind and heart.

Healed and strengthened my soul, Lord God, I ask You for the healing support for my physical body, strengthening my immune system, healing wounds and restoring tissues, expelling malignant cells from my body, and revitalizing diseased organs. Until the complete restoration of my health.

Help me, Heavenly Father, to recover my self-esteem and self-love, to regain my joy in living, to expel from my mind the pernicious thoughts, to free myself from the depressing spiritual influences, so that, through motivation for life, I can strengthen my physical and mental health.

I humbly ask You, beloved God, for Your divine mercy on my health, and in exchange for Your generous blessings, where nothing is impossible to be achieved, I commit myself at this sublime moment, before You and all Your missionaries of light, to a profound process of inner reformation.

I promise, beloved Heavenly Father, to make every intimate effort for my spiritual evolution, practicing forgiveness and overcoming sorrows, overcoming selfishness and intolerance with my neighbor, and taking advantage of every opportunity that is offered to me to practice charity and help my neighbor. As if I were helping the Lord my God directly.

By this process of improvement, beloved Lord, I wish to be worthy of Your luminous blessings, and I take this opportunity to sincerely repent for the mistakes of the past and ask You to forgive my sins, just as I pledge to forgive all the offenses I have suffered, leaving to You, O Lord, the judgment of all of us, Your children.

So, my Divine Father, I will wait with patience and resignation, for the right time to receive my healing, to feel the relief of my body and soul pains, placing all my faith and hope in You, confident that I will receive the healing from Your hands, for the continuation of my earthly journey.

So be it."

"Lord of infinite Power and Kindness, help me to remove from my mind all the negative and depressing thoughts that are lodged there, fruits of my condition as an imperfect being. Ideas of revenge, inferior moral thoughts, pessimistic reasoning and selfishness, be removed from my mind like dry leaves that fall from the trees and are blown away by the wind. I also ask that you help me tohelp to remove from my chest all the inferior feelings, such as sorrow, sadness, loneliness, and lovelessness, and let them evaporate into the air like smoke and be carried away.

May my emotional imbalances, fruit of nervousness, lack of patience, anxiety, and stress, be corrected, aiming at a new harmony in my being. May all the diseases lodged in my body have their mechanism of infirmity interrupted, and my organic defense system begin a strong process of recovering my health.

And so, My Heavenly Father, with Your blessings and the luminous and healing energies of Your missionaries, may I receive the best energetic vibrations through this morning pass, and may these vibrations come in the form of uplifting ideas of optimism and joy, and strengthen me for forgiveness, patience, and serenity for the resolution of my problems and trials.

I ask, Lord, that you teach me to live one day at a time, that you guide me to overcome the traumas of the past, and keep only the valuable lessons, both from happy and painful experiences.

Also, Lord, allow me to better control my anxiety and fears of future events that are still out of my reach, learning to await them with the necessary care, that I may live one day at a time, and enjoy the beauty and the flavor of life in each sacred moment that You allow me to live, with wisdom, discernment and enthusiasm for life and that in this myOn my earthly journey I can learn to elevate myself morally, emotionally, and spiritually, a little each day, always following Christ's advice.

And may the generosity, the spirit of fraternity, the love for God, for my neighbor and for myself, be the basis of my behavior, and the practice of charity and forgiveness, my daily conduct. And, in this way, Lord, may I be worthy of Your blessings, of Your strengthening and the healing of my illnesses by Your merciful hands.

So be it."
