In life, epiphany is when we have an "enlightened thought," discovery or inspiration that arises during an impasse and leads to its resolution. During an epiphany, there is a change in our perception about reality, how we relate to people and our level of satisfaction with life. In this context, epiphany is also an apparition, because we are able to see something that possiblyIt was always close and we didn't see it because of immaturity.

An example of an epiphany in life is when, after the end of a loving relationship, we realize that we can live without the ex, stop following him/her on social networks, call him/her begging to resume the relationship, among other destructive attitudes.
