It uses its personal energy without waste, and advances on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels like an arrow by valuing all its experiences.
His heart is brave and his faith proven, he expresses warmth and lovingness.

The warrior is the one who recognizes and honors his feminine energy (the receptivity) and his masculine energy (the assertiveness) Dignity comes from the correct balance between the two energies.

The leader of oneself, the warrior, is effective and consistent in his thoughts, words, feelings, and actions.
His yes and no are clear and reasoned, he is aware of the causes and effects of his actions, and he is guided by responsibility.
Responsibility being the act of responding to life's challenges with wisdom and discipline.
By putting his power of leadership into the world, he is not afraid, does not rush and does not talk about right and wrong.

- To use energy correctly for one's own and others' empowerment;
- Use presence, communication, and correct positioning aligned with your truth;
- Choose the appropriate words, tone of voice, and nonverbal expression for everyday situations;
- Rebelliousness is a sign of lack of space, the warrior does not assume his personal power, gets into patterns of unseen behavior, blames others for his failure, or causes influence "behind the scenes", feeding gossip and misunderstandings among people.

Helpful hints to strengthen your inner Warrior :
- Dance: to flow, create, define, refine, integrate, silence, and be content;
- Meditate: to achieve complete power over oneself, to be tolerant, impartial, powerful, and natural. His meditation is standing, for the strengthening of the base, the rooting;
- Sports practices: that require concentration, silence, and permanence, preferably on the ground, for example: Yoga, Tai Chi, or Martial Arts.
