We have always heard that we need to keep our vibrations high to attract good things. How do we do this? It is a task that may seem complicated, but it is not! That is why we have separated 21 ways to improve your energy in a simple and easy way. Check it out:

1 - Be persistent

To begin the process of raising your vibration, the first step is to persist in this ideal. You need to learn what is to be done and repeat each of the ways until they become part of your routine.

2 - Write

Start your journey by keeping a diary. In it you will write down your progress, your feelings, your doubts and your certainties. You can also write down your wishes and all the things you want to happen. In this way, good vibrations will be attracted into your life. It is important that this diary is made of paper, so that you can exercise your writing in a more complex process than theof typing.

3 - Hug someone

When we hug a loved one we release substances that are beneficial to our body, and we also send our positive energy out to other people!

4 - Be thankful for everything

The position we are in is always to be grateful for everything we have, the people we meet, and the way we live. List the things you feel gratitude for and mentalize them daily. Be grateful for the smallest things, like being able to breathe, being able to walk freely, being able to think and act according to who you are.

5 - Practice meditation

At first, it may be difficult to free your mind of the problems that surround you. With practice, however, it is possible to think about nothing. Every time we have negative thoughts about ourselves and others, through complaining and gossiping, we emanate negative energy. To improve your vibration, you need to be grateful for the things you have and recognize that all people are growing and learning.

11 - Be bold

12 - Connect with Buddhist Wisdom

13 - Practice self-knowledge

To recognize and evaluate how we are feeling and what kind of energy we are vibrating, all we have to do is look at ourselves. Become aware of our actions, evaluate if they are right, and either stay the same or change.

This method is not about creating a routine or about uttering meaningless words. The idea is that you repeat, one hundred times a day, the phrase "I am happy and I am prosperous" or "I accept the changes". In this way you will attract this positive thinking and can change the way you see yourself.
